Reserve space for our event. Thank you for printing and putting our logo on each table (the best and the less expensive way is to print an A4 sheet to put it in a photo frame). This not only allows our members to easily find our event without being confused, but also promote our event. Additionally, this is important for the smooth running of our event in the long-term.
Regarding consumption, thank you for charging our participants for each order.
Card games or board games are often a good way to warm-up the event and party vibes (it also helps to increase the sales)
It is not obligated but it is recommended to provide basic card games on the tables.
To promote our event, taking photos and videos is also important. Please take 10 minutes of your time to talk to the participants so that they feel welcomed and take the opportunity to take group photos and / or videos.
